En fransk läkare glömde bort att informera en patient om samtliga biverkningar – glömskan kostade 3.000,00 Euro.
Det finns alltså en risk för att Hepatit B vaccinet kan orsaka/utlösa MS, i varje fall i Frankrike.
Jag kan väl lugnt säga att även här går evidensen isär. Fransmännen är dock av den åsikten att MS är en potentiell biverkning. Smittskydd tycker något annat. CDC i USA, vacklar, men tycker dock att nyttan överväger riskerna.
Vilket är att föredra? Nyttan eller riskerna med vaccinet?
Bara du kan avgöra vad som är bäst för dig.
En lagstiftning om ansvar kanske vore på sin plats även här hemma. Risken att glömma av blir nog lite mindre om domstolen utnämner dagsböter, eller hur?

A French Court has fined a doctor 3000 Euros for failing to inform a patient of all side effects of a vaccination. This included the risk of multiple sclerosis from the Hepatitis B vaccine.
This is an important decision which reinforces in law the doctor’s obligation to obtain informed consent from a patient.
